Hopetrek Global Trade Private Limited supplies energy products in Pakistan, including hybrid inverters, battery systems, all-in-one energy storage systems, EV charging piles, wireless cameras and related accessories. Our office is at Ground Floor, Plaza No. 181, Civic Center, Phase-4 Bahria Town, Islamabad.
Using our website
You may use this website to view our products, request quotations and place orders. You agree not to misuse the website, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to use it for any unlawful purpose.
Customer responsibilities

Prices and quotations
Prices on this website are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are displayed as an estimated price. Estimated prices are an indication and are not a binding offer. Orders and payments
When you submit an order through this website you are making a sourcing request. This does not create a contract by itself. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and accept it. We may decline or cancel a request, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we cannot verify your details.
Orders placed through this website are currently arranged on a cash on delivery basis. We do not take card payments on this website. Any other payment arrangement, including advance payment or bank transfer for larger or project orders, will be agreed with our sales team in writing before dispatch.
Delivery
We deliver within Pakistan. Delivery timelines depend on the product, the quantity and your location, and are confirmed with your order. Any delivery date we give is an estimate and is not guaranteed. Please inspect your goods at the time of delivery and tell us immediately if any item is damaged, missing or incorrect.
Delivery charges, where they apply, are confirmed with your order.
Warranties
Products supplied by us carry the warranty offered by the manufacturer or brand owner for that product. Warranty duration, coverage and claim process differ between products and are confirmed with your order or in the documentation supplied with the product. Please contact our sales team for the warranty terms that apply to a specific item before you purchase.
A warranty will normally not apply where a fault is caused by incorrect installation, unqualified repair, misuse, accidental damage, unstable power supply, or use outside the stated specification. This does not affect any rights you have under applicable Pakistani consumer law.
Returns and cancellations
If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can normally accommodate a cancellation before the order has been dispatched.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, please contact us promptly with your order details and photographs so that we can arrange an inspection and put it right. Returns must be agreed with us in advance. Products should be returned complete and in their original packaging where possible. The return and replacement process for a specific product is confirmed by our sales team, because it may depend on the manufacturer or brand owner.
